Having achieved success while performing in Clubs and Restaurants, in and around London, Jonathan moved to Torquay in 1983, in order to gain experience in a holiday environment.

 

Following a performance on a local radio station, he was offered his first summer season in 1984 in Morocco. He returned later that year to continue performing in Clubs, Hotels and Holiday Centres including Pontins & Haven, with greater success than before, singing songs from such stars as Neil Diamond, Barry Manilow, Johnny Mathis and many more with subsequent requests to return.

After spending 17 years travelling UK and abroad, Jonathan was invited as Host & Compere by Warner Holidays to their Premier Hotel, Nidd Hall near Harrogate where he worked alongside many top stars, before moving to another Warners Hotel, Gunton Hall, near Lowestoft to continue his role as Compere.

 

In April 2000, Jonathan was offered the job as Cruise Director on Fred Olsen MS Black Watch and has enjoyed two wonderful years cruising around the world to Scandinavia, the Mediterranean, The Caribbean, South America and Africa.

 

Jonathan decided to return to Torbay in early May of 2002, in order to spend  more time with his family and once again continue his first love - performing.

 

Jonathan is currently performing in Hotels, Clubs and Holiday Parks, nationwide.
